Lazy,Lazy...

I visited my Gynecologist last Saturday and darn she told me to lose weight ,I need to shed about 15 lbs to get back to my old form ,well that's what my record shows ,that I was 15 lbs lighter before..after that doc visit I went to the bebe's house to spend the weekend where we did nothing but eat ,sleep ,play PS2(the bebe) ,surf celebrity gossips(me) and watch TV(great way to start huh..)but the good thing is after that lazy weekend sleep-over I decided seriously to lose weight..and voila! after five days I am four lbs lighter..happy happy happy !!!looking forward to shaking off 11 lbs more.Go! Djohana!!!soo sleepy now...

Alam nyo sa dinami-dami ng tao na makakarelasyon natin meron talagang isang dadaan na mag iiwan ng markang hindi kailan man maalis sa puso at isipan natin,sabi nga ng kanta ni Sinead O'Connor "Nothing Compares to You",yun na yun sapul..
At kung wala na sa buhay natin ang taong ito(ang ating EX) sa kung ano pa mang kadahilanan,siya man o ikaw ang may kasalanan huwag mo i-claim na nakalimutan o naka "move on" kana kung:

1.Lagi mo pa rin naiuugnay ang mga bagay na ginagawa mo sa kasalukuyan(activities,things,places,etc) sa memories ng mga bagay na ginagawa nyo ng Ex mo noon.

2.Ikinukumpara mo sa mga nakakarelasyon mo o sa mga may interes sa iyo ang Ex mo,hindi na importante kung sino ang mas may worth,kung yung EX o yung present or prospect man yan.the thing is yung Ex mo ang tumatayong gauge o metrics mo.
nagpapatunay lang na naghahanap ka ng may similarity sa kanya dahil baka maibibigay nila yung mga bagay na namimiss mo.

3.Kung may panghihinayang kang nararamdaman na wala na kayo lalo na pag nalaman mo na may iba na siya.nanghihinayang dahil sa ibat-ibang dahilan,maaring kahit papaano hoping ka pa na magkakabalikan kayo,o kaya naman gusto mong isipin na pinagsisisihan nya na nawala ka at wala na siyang makukuha na katulad mo etc.

4.Pag hindi tumatagal ang mga relasyon mo after ng Ex na sinasabi mo na nakalimutan mo na,lahat ay hindi tumatagal ng kasing tagal nyo dati or mas matagal pa.well there must be something wrong with you at may kinalaman pa din ito sa EX na hindi mo makalimutan.

Bago ko isinulat ang mga bagay na ito nagtanong-tanong din muna ako,di naman ito base sakin o sa experience ko lang.although itinanong ko din ang mga bagay na ito sa sarili ko,at ang sagot ko katulad pa rin ng dati...that i've moved on wonderfully!and fyi
wala pang dumaan sa buhay ko na hindi ako naka "move on".malay nyo itong bagay na inalagaan ko ng mahigit na apat na taon ay hinding-hindi ko makakalimutan dahil gagawin ko ang lahat para kailan man ay hindi ito mawawala sa akin!

Ten facts about Djohana

(in no order at all)...for nosy people that i know or for those who doesn't know me at all but wants to read anyway..

1-I was married before but got separated.my Ex husband and I were very good partners before a crisis fell on us and crumbled the marriage.if it weren't for the 3rd party issue (on his side)I would say there was a big chance that we still have made it.its been six years and I have moved on wonderfully.

2-I smoked during college,its inevitable,everyone in the house where I was staying during school days smoked,no excuses why I did it,lets just say that I was still young then.

3-I do not eat pork,that choice has nothing to do with any religious or blah beliefs..I just don't like the taste.

4-I never really started drinking heavily til 2006,is that sad?not really.i never really saw myself as a drinker only very hard situations and major hullabaloos can make me get drunk,tell bad jokes and stories or sing karaoke =)

5-I really am a snob, I have to be honest right?not that I choose whom to talk to,its only that I have mood swings(hello was born February).if I choose to be quiet or not do anything that I don't feel like doing at the moment don't sweat it because you can't make me!

6-I'm terrible in math,that's no secret,my kuya stressed himself to death teaching me algebra(nosebleed alert)later on he suffered similar stress attacks teaching me how to drive hahaha!(he afterwards decided to just enroll me in driving school,I guess he cannot take it anymore)

7-I'm the Sandwich Goddess,I make very good sandwiches!everybody who have tasted it(especially those guys at the office)loved it!!!

8-I studied Fashion design,i may be rusty doing drawings but all i need is practice,practice,practice to get me mojo back.

9-I have asthma and worst case of seasonal allergies.25% of days of the year i'd be suffering from asthma or any other form of upper respiratory infections.hmm im actually considering having flu shots.

10-I love everything about chocolates,It makes the world go round!oh and i also love cakes,ice cream and all those sinful dessert there is around =)

I will AGAIN be joining Citibank US, surprise surprise!
Not really. I made a request to be transferred to that nosebleed account again because I miss the stress , the hovering overweight boss of ours and my wailing sessions if I become too frustrated and dissatisfied with my work .this time around though I will be working with different team members, which is good (I think). Aina is still our QA goddess and I’m happy about that because I missed her while I’m with HBaC (HSBC).my short work stint at HBaC spoilt me, it made me too relax and too comfy, there you are not pressured to keep up with everybody about anything you just DO your job and that’s it.
Heaven isn’t it? I’m going to leave heaven to go to The Kitchen (Limbo)
